I spent days wrapped up in my own Yarn World.
I reorganized my projects and stash on Ravelry.
I organized and tabbed my entire queue.
I joined the SKA challenge and queued a whole year (or more) of sock knitting.
I finished my mittens, knit a matching baggy hat, and swatched three sweaters.
I photographed and reorganized my yarns.
I cleaned my studio.
I finally picked out a pattern to match the yarn Jon bought me.
I received my WIPs of Doom prize from Yakira.
Now it's time to get going to work. Half an hour or so of yoga, a bath, a shower, and then off to work. I think I'll be taking the bike tonight, though, as I get uneasy travelling at night by myself. Maybes? Maybe. I leave so early there's hardly any traffic.
I'm bringing to work my sketchbook and some yarn scraps and a crochet hook. Crocheting on break is much easier than knitting and I want to get some more squares done for Odin's blanket! It's a Yule gift, so I should really work on it a little bit every week or two. At the least I should be whenever there is extra yarn around. Tonight I'll be crocheting the remainders of some Lamberino and my Shepherd's Rainbow. Woo!
