Odin and I are watching Labyrinth, and he is over there on the couch singing Magic Dance, even though right now Sarah is working her way out of the oubliette and that whole singing portion has ended.
So anyway. I've become horribly addicted to the zombie sock I'm knitting, but how can I not? So many things that I love. So much purling. Elongated stitches. Cables! I'm over half done with the leg charts "decomposing tissue" and "shredded tendon", and this yarn is so excellent for the pattern.
I'm so pleased. I have a hard time accepting striped, variegated, or hand-dyed sock yarns due to needing to find an appropriate pattern for them... But this is amazing. I've also started to spin some more yarn today. I am not too keen on the colorway, but that's okay. I'm leeeearning.
Anyway. That's all I have to say right now. I've managed to clean the kitchen and bathroom today, and call for my reception venue appointment, and get ahold of UPS about my package they've been holding hostage, and it's not even noon.
Speaking of noon, I should go make some grilled cheese sandwiches. Yummmmm.
And then spin yarn.
And then knit a sock.
And spin some more.
You get the idea.
I really have to upload my aquarium pictures, but half of them are stuck on my phone and that sucks. All the jellies are on there, and the Austrailian exhibit, and the sloth, and the ducks parading around Baltimore. Ugh.
