beer drinkers.

Omg! Jon bought me 12 skeins of gorgeous grey-lilac worsted wool. Omgggg. I'm so freaking excited I can't even explain myself properly.
Today my Mommy put in the mail a check for yarn for my sister's sweater, so I went ahead and ordered 1400 yards of superwash wool to make her a hooded pullover. In Hot Magenta and Grape. She's gonna flip. Terrifically exciting. I also ordered a cheap but pretty purse handle so I can finally finish my Brea Bag. I may have to alter the fabric for the lining to better match the handle, but whatever.
My crochet bag is almost totally finished (I have three ends to weave in and one handle to attach), but I feel like I want to line it. The pattern says it's done when it's done but it seems so fucking saggy.
It's gonna take a load of fabric to line this fucker though.
Tonight is my very first 11-7 shift, and I'm not excited. But I'm not un-excited either. Actually I'm relieved. The time goes by faster for me, I can sleep through the afternoon (when I'm the most tired), and I don't have thirty managers breathing down my neck all night. It's gonna be epic.
What else would be epic is having actual food in the kitchen. Ugh.
I'll be spending my tips on food and my food budget on yarn, though, so I can buy yarn and still save money like I'm supposed to be doing. So I guess that's okay.
Let's cross our fingers that my transfer goes in really quickly and I make some fat cash and get the fuck out of this apartment!!! I really need to move into Jill's house again. Pfff. Yeah, okay, I'm done. I'm going back to those purse handles, to smear colors on my face for work, and to finish this Twin Peaks tape.
I need to buy some more Twin Peaks. I HAVE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS omg.
